The body of the composite intake and exhaust valve is cylindrical. Its internal components include a stainless steel float, a stainless steel liner, a stainless steel valve disc, a silicone plug head, and a copper alloy guide rod. The exterior is equipped with a stainless steel protective net and a stainless steel exhaust hood to prevent external debris from entering the valve. This valve is installed at the pump outlet or on the highest point of the distribution water pipe or in areas where air is trapped, to remove accumulated air in the pipes and improve the efficiency of the pipeline and pump. When negative pressure occurs inside the pipe, this valve quickly draws in external air to prevent damage to the pipeline due to negative pressure.
When water injection begins in the pipe, the valve disc remains in the open position to allow for extensive air release; once all the air is expelled, the float inside the valve rises, driving the valve disc to the closed position and stopping the extensive air release. When water is being normally conveyed through the pipe, if a small amount of gas accumulates to a significant extent inside the valve, the water level drops, causing the float to descend as well. At this point, the gas is released through small holes (or a micro air vent). When the pump stops and the water flow in the pipe is interrupted, or when negative pressure forms within the pipe, the valve disc opens to draw in air, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
