Installation Guidelines
This street light feature1.A steam separator should be installed upstream of the pressure reducing valve,and a drain valve should be installed at the bottom of the separator.2.A filter with a 100-mesh screen must be installed upstream.
3.Bellows-sealed globe valves (full-bore type)should be installed both upstream and downstream of the PRV to ensure rated flow and proper control.
4.Pressure gauges must be installed on both the inlet and outlet sides of the PRV.
5.A bypass line should be installed for the PRV piping,allowing maintenance without system shutdown.6.The safety valve must be set to open below the downstream equipment's safe working pressure.During selection,consider the PRV's maximum flow rate,as its reseating characteristics and failure scenario must be accounted for.7.Pressure setting under no-load conditions:The distance from the PRV must be at least 3 meters;otherwise,excessive pressure fluctuations may cause temporary malfunction or significantly reduce the PRV's service life.
