The ER25 and ER28 series mechanical differential pressure bell float steam traps employ an advanced dual-action principle combining differential pressure and float mechanisms to achieve precise opening and closing control through the density difference between condensate and steam, as well as the pressure differential across the main valve piston. Innovative integrated design of dual-seat differential pressure mechanism and SCCV elastic sealing system ensures accurate and reliable valve operation for efficient intermittent discharge;
Unique open-ended float bucket structure effectively withstands water hammer impact, with patented vent hole design at the top of the inverted bucket to completely prevent steam locking and air binding;
Exceptional high backpressure resistance (up to 90%), making it particularly suitable for low-pressure steam systems and high-capacity condensate applications;
Intelligent response design automatically activates the differential pressure mechanism when condensate volume increases, enabling rapid main valve opening for high-capacity discharge and quick equipment startup.

Installation Guidelines

Ensure the valve body is vertical during installation,allowing the bucket to move vertically up and down. The inlet and outlet of the valve should be horizontal,with the trap installed below the drainage point to maintain the water seal within the valve.
