Inverted Bucket Steam Trap

This inverted bucket steam trap features a cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy sealing surface design, with both the valve seat and spherical core constructed from high-strength wear-resistant alloy material that offers excellent corrosion resistance for long-term stable operation. The precision-ground spherical core achieves perfect matching with the valve seat, delivering exceptional sealing performance without localized wear during operation, significantly extending service life.
The product adopts a unique inverted bucket structure with intelligent vent hole design that effectively prevents steam locking and air binding issues, dramatically improving venting efficiency. Capable of withstanding up to 90% backpressure, its open bucket structure provides outstanding water hammer resistance while maintaining stable performance even under harsh operating conditions.
All internal core components are made of premium stainless steel and integrated onto the valve cover, complemented by an efficient filtration device for quick and easy maintenance. Suitable for condensate drainage in various steam systems, it serves as an ideal choice for industries including petrochemical, power generation, pharmaceutical and food processing, providing reliable and efficient steam trap solutions.

Structural Features and Applications

1.Cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy sealing surface:long service life.The valve  seat and spherical valve core are made of high-quality alloy,which is wear- resistant,corrosion-resistant  and  durable.

2.The spherical valve core has good sealing performance:The spherical valve core is ground and matched with the valve seat on the mechanical device.  It has good sealing performance,no concentrated wear during operation,   and has a long service life.

3.Good air exhaust performance:the inverted cylinder is equipped with an overflow exhaust hole,which can effectively prevent steam lock and air blockage.

4.Allowed back pressure rate (90%).

5.Water  impact  resistance:The  open  barrel  structure  will  not  be  damaged due to water impact.

6.Easy maintenance:The internal parts are made of stainless steel and are installed on the valve cover.They are also equipped with a filter device,making  daily maintenance easy.

Installation Guidelines

 1.The  correct  installation  and  maintenance  of  this  valve  is  the  only guarantee  for  safety  and  normal  operation.
 2.It should be confimed whether the material,pressure and temperature of the valve body can meet the requirements of the working conditions.
 3.The pipeline must be cleaned and debris removed before installation.
 4.The valve  should  be  installed  horizontally  at the  lowest  point  of the pipe,and  the  flow  direction  should  be  consistent  with  the  direction
       marked  on  the  valve  body.
5.Each  heating  equipment  must  be  equipped with  its  own  drain  valve to  avoid  mutual  interference.
6.Ensuring   that   the   system   can   operating   safely,slowly   open   the valve in front of the trap to gradually heat it up to normal state.

7.Regular   maintenance   is   required  to  ensure  the   normal  operation of  the  steam  trap.
