The pump control valve mainly consists of a main valve, solenoid valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro check valve, limit switch assembly, pressure gauge, etc. This valve features a novel structure, rational design, excellent sealing effect, low fluid resistance, high flow rate, and long service life. A control system with conduits for the solenoid valve and limit switch is installed on the main valve, utilizing hydraulic operation. It is commonly used in automatic control systems for water supply and drainage as well as industrial systems, offering advantages such as compact size, light weight, easy maintenance, convenient use, and safety reliability.
The water pump control valve is a kind of diaphragm hydraulic control valve, which is installed at the outlet of the water pump. It mainly plays the role of check and eliminate water hammer to protect the pipeline and the water pump.
When the pump starts, the main valve should be opened slowly to prevent the generation of sudden pressure. Before the pump stops running, the solenoid valve should be closed first. At this time, the main valve will close 90% and trigger the travel switch group, and the pump will stop running through the electronic control system to prevent the generation of water hammer by reducing the flow rate of water behind the valve.
In case of sudden power failure, the main valve will automatically close the main valve to protect the pump.

Structural form
The valve is mainly composed of main valve, needle valve, ball valve, solenoid valve, travel switch and so on. Because the needle valve, solenoid valve, ball valve and so on need to be connected with the main valve by conduit, they are collectively referred to as conduit control system, as shown in the following figure:

Installation and precautions
1. Before installing the main valve, please check whether there are stones, branches and other debris in the main valve body.
2. Please pay attention to the main valve external control pipeline, whether the screw is loose.
3. Before installing the main valve in the pipeline, completely remove stones, wood blocks, branches, plastic bags and other debris in the pipeline.
4. Please install maintenance valve before and after the main valve for future maintenance convenience.
5. If the main valve is installed in the yin well, please pay attention to the yin well should not be too narrow, there should be enough space to accommodate the technical personnel to adjust and maintain the valve.
6. When installing the main valve, please pay attention to the water flow indicator arrow on the valve body and follow the arrow direction.
7. The best installation method is to install the main valve on the horizontal pipeline with the valve cover facing up. Other installation methods can also achieve the operation function.
8. Please make sure to install enough screws and washers in accordance with the regulations to combine with other pipe fittings for firmness.
9. Please follow the above procedures to implement, and when everything is normal, you can operate normally.
10. The microswitch solenoid valve should be correctly connected to the electronic control system.
11. The ball valve of the throttle valve at the outlet of the control pipeline must be in the open state.
12. Please open the necessary valves of the system.
13. Please confirm that the electronic control system can operate effectively.
14. Pressure must be intact.
15. Please install automatic protection device for abnormal conditions.
16. After confirming the above items are correct, normal debugging can be carried out.
